Terms of service

FounderStory Studio turns meeting content — synced from Fireflies, uploaded as a file, or recorded in the browser — into brand-tailored articles, and publishes them on your own author profile. Features are provided as they are today; we may add, change or remove them.

You need an account, created with email or Google sign-in, and you must be able to enter into a contract where you live. Keep your credentials and any API keys you add confidential — activity under your account is your responsibility. Accounts are for a single person; do not share logins.

You may only record, upload or analyse meetings you are entitled to. Before recording, obtain the consent required by the law that applies to the participants and tell them what the recording will be used for. You are the controller of the personal data in your transcripts and research; we process it on your instruction.

You keep ownership of your transcripts, recordings, brand assets, images and articles. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, send it to the providers listed in the privacy page for transcription, analysis, research and generation, and to display anything you choose to publish.

You are responsible for having the rights to any logo, image or text you upload, and for what you publish about named individuals.

Analysis, entity research, rewrites and drafted articles are produced by AI models and web search. They can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken — including about people and companies. Review and fact-check before publishing. You are the publisher of anything you publish, and similar output may be generated for other users.

Stories you publish are public and indexable. Comments, applause, bookmarks and follows are part of a shared community space. Do not publish or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that exposes someone's private information without a lawful basis. We may unpublish content or remove comments that break these rules.

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export the platform, or run automated load beyond normal product use.
• Do not use the shared AI, search or transcription capacity as a general-purpose API outside the product's features.
• Do not upload malware, or use the service to build profiles on individuals for surveillance or harassment.

When you connect an AI agent over the Model Context Protocol, you authorise it to read and write the records it is granted access to, and you remain responsible for what it does under your account. Revoke a connection you no longer trust.

The service depends on Fireflies, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Tavily and Lovable Cloud. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms. Where you supply your own key, such as Fireflies, you are responsible for that account and its usage limits.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that any particular feature will remain. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export tool in Settings produces a complete JSON archive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data or content arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated output.

You may delete individual categories of data, or your entire account, at any time in Settings → Privacy & your data. Account deletion is immediate and permanent: your login, records and files are erased and published story links stop working. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept it. For questions, contact the app owner at the address published on their website.
